We love Wuhan

It's sunday afternoon here, cold and a little rainy but I appreciate the moisture in the air. Beijing is very dry. We went to a church this morning and worshipped with about 500 chinese. We met several american missionaries who were excited to see us. We couldn't understand a word but they worship with the same songs so we could sing with them. The service was 2 hours, no rushing through anything. I was kind of getting distracted then a missionary team got up and lead 2 songs in english with a guitar, I was singing my heart out. We then ate traditional meal and went to basically a Chinese Walmart. They have everything we have and more and all the same brands. My travel group got a special treat this afternoon, our guide took us for a 1 hour foot massage with aromatherapy. You can't believe how relaxing and for $15 it was a bargain. I wonder what the girls were saying though, they kept giggling. I am starting to feel more at home here. It doesn't feel soooo awkward. Today started my heart aching for my girls at home. Pray I can stay focused here and that Libby and Mia are protected from to much stress and saddness. I will post pictures as soon as I get them tomorrow.
Love,
Julie
